Tier or Tie up?
So as you all know, I am going with more of an eccentric, european country feeling style in my new home. I will finally have a window above my kitchen sink, so to complete my yellow kitchen and blue/green/gray dining room, I am trying to find a window treatment for my kitchen window. I cannot figure out whether I want tier or a tie up valance...maybe even a valance as well as tier? Here are a few, opinions please! Color opinions too, Merci :)

think i like the middle pic best - will we see photos of your finished home?
I like the first one because you can open or close it and the top is always open to let light in and when closed it gives you privacy. I also like the sheer fabric.
I absolutely LOVE the middle one! I have never seen anything like it before. It's a unique look and I think it suits you.
It sort of looks European to me although I really don't know anything about that, lol.
Doesn't seem like the type of window Marie Antoinette would like?:-)
