Diet plan

I think the last time I cooked anything other than Mac n Cheese was about 3 months ago, shame on me! I've slowly added on some more weight, so I suppose it's time to diet again. Right now I weigh 129 and I would like to get down to 115. If I could have any body, I would say Jennifer Aniston. I am not shaped much like her, but I love her size and tone. She does a lot of yoga with more of a South Beach Diet. I can't keep up with a specific diet plan so Im going to stick with limiting my portions and try more yoga and poleateaz (Pole pilates, hah!Seriously!) It will probably take me a year to look similar to her, but I'm going to try! It's much more realistic than some Victorias Secret model or Porn Star diet. :)
