WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHER IMMIGRANTS SHE IS SOON ESCORTED TO ELLIS ISLAND" So, I have embraced the danish in me and have taken a couple steps forward on finding out my history. My Great Great Grandma came here from Denmark, and has a book written about her life and her journey to America. The above is a passage from the book, which I finally received in the mail!
